Hello Softball Players!
Welcome to another year of Softball. After a very successful season last year, we look forward to another great season of practices, scrimmages, league play (for the GOLD Team), and tournaments!!!
This year we will again have five teams: The Gold Team, which will play in the Men’s “E” League, and the Red, Blue, Green, and White teams. We'll also add a T-Ball Team and Skills Competition as needed.
GOLD Team – very competitive and experienced players
WHITE or GREEN Team – more recreational play, yet still at a good skill level; working on improving skills through playing games
RED or BLUE Team – more learning needed...
T-BALL team or Skills Competition – beginners only…
IMPORTANT REMINDERS!
| Our first practice is Tuesday, April 27. On this day only, we'd like to have all softball players join us from at 6 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church in Inver Grove Heights so that we can make team assignments. |
| Registration is due by April 27. |
| Our practices begin at 6 p.m. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! |
| Once you are assigned to a team, you will told where your practices will be held |
| There is no fee to practice with the teams or play in the area or regional tournaments. There is a $25 fee to play in the state tournament, due with your registration. |
| If you are playing with the Gold Team, there is an additional $25 fee. This is due to the team's participation in the Men's E League in South St. Paul. |
PRACTICE INFORMATION:
For those practicing with the White/Blue/Green/Red teams, you will be told where you are practicing once you receive your assignment. The Gold Team will practice at Vets Field in South St. Paul.
